My first choice to begin a project because very powerfull as well as friendly coding atmosphere for both Desktop and Web Application(ASP.Net), it is a Microsoft programming language developed to compete with Java. C# is an oop language used with XML-based Web services on the .NET platform :)

I'm Choosing a very popular, secured and Powerful database bring the more quality to Application, It is Microsoft's relational database management system (RDBMS). It is a full-featured databse primarily designed to compete against competitors ;)
